A: Yes, our vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts and secure tie-downs for safe and comfortable transport.

Q: How far in advance should I schedule my ride?

A: We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are accepted based on availability.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please cancel at least 4 hours before your pickup time. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of service.
